Willkommen im Krieg
Synopsis
A dusty stretch of desert features a Bundeswehr tank struggling through the terrain. Inside, the hungover Martin dozes off. Suddenly, shots ring out and grenades explode, jolting him awake and thrusting him into the middle of a war. Just a few hours earlier, Martin was having a beer with his best friend Maddel, who was originally scheduled to be the soldier on this foreign assignment. However, because Maddel is about to become a father, Martin takes his place and goes to war in his stead.
