Willkommen in der Patchwork-Hölle
Synopsis
Katrin longs for a happy family life, but the complex and strained constellation of several interconnected families makes this difficult. In an effort to strengthen her fragile relationship with her 14-year-old daughter Saskia, she has invited all family members to Saskia's confirmation. However, Saskia has recently moved in with her father and his new family, while the son of Katrin's new partner, Philipp, has joined their household and since then has been causing disruption, particularly by taking over Saskia's room and unsettling Katrin's life. A harmonious daily routine, let alone a peaceful family celebration, seems out of reach.
