Synopsis
Peggy Rosinski lives in a run-down neighborhood in Frankfurt/Oder. A patchwork mother of three, only one of her children is from her current husband, Torben. To support her family and manage her growing debt, Peggy works two jobs. Her eldest daughter, Angelique, spends most of her time with her new boyfriend, Devid, while the youngest, Finn, faces teasing from classmates due to his family's financial situation. When Torben loses his job, Peggy struggles to find a solution. Her mother, Angelika, offers help, having earned money for years through illegal means. However, Peggy is uncertain whether she wants to become involved in such activities.
