Synopsis
An off-screen narrator recalls being five years old and walking to school in heavy rain, wearing a yellow slicker and cap. He tells of a boy he had never seen before who ran up to him and claimed it was raining worms. The young boy stands at the threshold between a willingness to believe anything and the onset of reason. He asks for proof and holds out his hand.
