Synopsis
Kenneth Feinberg, a prominent Washington, D.C. lawyer appointed as Special Master of the 9/11 Fund, works to overcome the cynicism, bureaucratic challenges, and political obstacles involved in managing government funds, and in the process, comes to understand the value of life.
