Synopsis
When Canadian director Sturla Gunnarsson traveled to Iceland to film *Beowulf & Grendel*, starring Gerard Butler and Stellan Skarsgård, in 2004, they anticipated the typical challenges of movie production. However, the difficulties they faced led them to question whether the Norse gods might have been actively working against them.
