A medical student becomes entangled in a terrifying mystery when he encounters a group of stranded college students in the remote woods of West Virginia, where a deadly force is hunting them one by one.

Synopsis
Chris collides with a car carrying a group of young people, and the group of stranded motorists soon becomes lost in the woods of West Virginia. There, they are hunted by three cannibalistic mountain men, whose appearances are grotesquely disfigured due to generations of inbreeding.
