Synopsis
As an adult, Susan undergoes a routine medical examination at a hospital and becomes trapped in a nightmarish situation in which a former classmate—who had previously given her a Valentine that she rejected—poses as a member of the hospital staff and begins killing people while claiming to act out his persistent romantic obsession.
