Synopsis
On February 25, 1994, Yann Piat was shot and killed at point blank range by two gunmen on a motorcycle. From his first electoral victories for the Front National in 1986 to his 1994 ambition to take control of the town hall of Hyères under the banner of the Union for French Democracy, Yann Piat's methods and rhetoric upset both politicians, business leaders, and the middle class.
