Zero Motivation
Synopsis
Filmmaker Talya Lavie presents a dark comedy set in the human resources office of a remote desert base, focusing on a unit of young female Israeli soldiers. The characters spend their time processing paperwork, competing for high scores in Minesweeper, and awaiting their return to civilian life. Their boredom and conflicting personalities give rise to themes of commitment—including friendship, love, and loyalty to country—delivered with humor and sharp‑edged wit.
