Zeugin der Toten
Synopsis
At the beginning, everything appears to be a routine job. However, in the apartment of a brutally murdered woman, Judith Kepler, a crime scene cleaner by trade, confronts her own past. The deceased woman had conducted research and intended to reach out to Judith. Crucially, she was aware of Judith's closely guarded secret: that Judith had been placed in a DDR children's home as a child under mysterious circumstances, with her origin remaining unknown. Now, 25 years later, Judith holds the evidence proving she was swapped as a child. Another person had lived her life. Could it be that this stranger also died due to Judith's actions?
