Synopsis
Moth is released on parole after being wrongfully convicted of murder and spending time in prison. He was jailed just before the Bulgarian communist coup of 1944 and is now confronted with a transformed and unfamiliar world—totalitarian Sofia in the 1960s. His first night of freedom reveals a city marked by decay, shadowy streets, and a strange array of characters.
