Zla zena
Synopsis
Sultana and the bootmaker's wife, Pela, are strikingly similar in appearance. By exchanging clothes and homes, they switch identities, with Sultana becoming Pela and Pela becoming Sultana. As a result of this disguise, the real Sultana is subjected to torture by Pela's husband, an experience that alters her character and has a positive effect on her surroundings. The script features numerous musical numbers that enhance the atmosphere, establish the time period and setting, and contribute a sense of vaudeville-style liveliness to the production.
