Synopsis
Ex-con Konrad Kühn sees an opportunity for quick profit in the sale of a house on the Baltic Sea that he claims is uninhabited and that he is the sole heir to. However, Clara Mensen is actually living in the house. Along with her friend Valeska, Clara does everything she can to prevent the sale. The mayor, Flasskamp, is eager to finalize the deal with Kühn, as he owns the neighboring property and has plans for a large hotel. But Kühn and Flasskamp have underestimated Clara. She uncovers Kühn's true identity, while Kühn, in turn, discovers a secret about Clara. The two adversaries are forced to join forces to protect themselves.
