Zweimal Lebenslänglich
Synopsis
Franziska Dreyer and Sebastian Pauli are in a happy relationship. When the police arrest Sebastian on suspicion of murder, Franziska believes it is a mistake. During a trial based largely on circumstantial evidence, Sebastian is tried, convicted, and sentenced to life in prison. Franziska remains convinced of his innocence and begins a campaign to secure his release. Her determination puzzles her parents and friends, who urge her to sever all ties with him. Instead, Franziska chooses to marry Sebastian while he is in prison. As the marriage progresses, she discovers previously unknown aspects of her husband, leaving her uncertain about who or what to believe.
