Biography

Alexander George Hawke is an Australian politician who served as Minister for Immigration, Citizenship, Migrant Services and Multicultural Affairs in the Morrison government from 2020 to 2022. A member of the Liberal Party, Hawke has represented the electorate of Mitchell as a Member of Parliament since 2007. His political career has focused on immigration and multicultural affairs, areas in which he gained significant experience and influence during his tenure in federal government.
