Amber Mildred Ruffin is an American comedian, writer, and actress known for her work in late-night television. She hosted *The Amber Ruffin Show*, a late-night talk show that aired on Peacock from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, Ruffin was a writer for *Late Night with Seth Meyers*, a position she held since 2014. She made history as the first Black woman to write for a late-night network talk show in the United States. Ruffin is recognized for her sharp wit and contributions to comedy and television writing.
