Anita Finlay

Anita Finlay is an American film and television actress best known for her recurring role as Dr. Nora Thompson on *The Young and the Restless*, a role she played for seven years. Born and raised in New York, where she also received her acting training, Finlay has appeared in a variety of television series, including *Grey's Anatomy*, *Castle*, *24*, *Gilmore Girls*, and *Hannah Montana*, among others. She has also appeared in feature films and made-for-television movies such as *Alternate Endings*, *The Last Place on Earth*, and *Visions of Murder*. In addition to her work in television and film, Finlay has performed in regional and Los Angeles theaters, including her solo show *The Devil Takes a Wife*, which was well received.
