Anita Finlay

Anita Finlay is an American film and television actress best known for her recurring role as Dr. Nora Thompson on *The Young and the Restless*, which she portrayed for seven years. Originally from New York, where she was born, raised, and trained as an actress, Finlay has appeared in numerous television series, including *Grey's Anatomy*, *Castle*, *24*, *Gilmore Girls*, and *Hannah Montana*, among others. She has also appeared in feature films and made-for-television movies such as *Alternate Endings*, *The Last Place on Earth*, and *Visions of Murder*. In addition to her television and film work, Finlay has performed in regional and Los Angeles theaters, writing and performing her acclaimed solo show *The Devil Takes a Wife*. She has also been a spokesperson for several Fortune 500 companies and has appeared in numerous commercials.
