Anthony J. Xydias was a film producer known for works such as *Heroes of the Alamo* (1937), *Devil's Canyon* (1935), and *Five Bad Men* (1935). His career in the entertainment industry began in 1906 when he opened a theater in Dallas, Texas, which eventually expanded into a successful chain. In 1922, he founded the film production company Sunset Pictures, marking a significant step in his transition from theater owner to film producer.
