Biography

Antoine Fuqua is an American director and producer whose work spans film, television, and music videos, with a particular emphasis on the action and thriller genres. He made his film debut in 1998 with *The Replacement Killers*. Fuqua received critical recognition with the 2001 crime thriller *Training Day*, for which he won the Black Reel Award for Outstanding Director.
