Anupam Kher is an Indian actor, director, and producer known for his extensive work in Hindi cinema. With a career spanning over four decades, he has appeared in more than 540 films, establishing himself as one of the most prolific actors in Indian film history. Recognized for his versatile acting, Kher has won two National Film Awards and eight Filmfare Awards. In recognition of his contributions to Indian cinema and the arts, the Government of India honored him with the Padma Shri in 2004 and the Padma Bhushan in 2016.
