Arija Bareikis

Arija Bareikis was born on July 21, 1966, in Bloomington, Indiana. She attended Bloomington High School South from 1980 to 1984. After graduating from Stanford University in 1988, she moved to Southern California, where she briefly worked with horses. She later relocated to New York City, initially working as a paralegal while considering her future. Bareikis had originally aspired to be a dancer, a passion that has influenced some of her stage roles. She eventually chose to pursue acting, taking lessons in New York in her spare time before moving into recurring roles on soap operas. She has performed in stage productions, television shows, and films, including *Gigolo Profissional* (1999).
