Biography
Austin Gallagher is an American marine biologist, explorer, author, and social entrepreneur known for his research on sharks and ocean conservation. He founded and leads Beneath The Waves, a non-profit organization focused on protecting marine ecosystems. As a National Geographic Explorer, Gallagher has led over 50 global scientific expeditions, contributing significantly to the understanding of ocean giants and deep-sea environments.
