Barry Fry is a biographical film about Barry Francis Fry, an English former football player and manager. The film chronicles his early career as an inside forward, focusing on his significant goal for England Schoolboys in front of nearly 100,000 spectators at Wembley. Although considered the team's best player, Fry's professional career was characterized by limited success. He began as an apprentice with Manchester United but did not progress to the first team.
