Bart the Bear was a male Kodiak bear known for his film career, appearing in movies such as *The Bear*, *White Fang*, *Legends of the Fall*, and *The Edge*. He was trained by animal trainers Doug and Lynne Seus, who worked through their company, Wasatch Rocky Mountain Wildlife, Inc., based in Heber City, Utah. Bart became one of the most recognizable and well-trained bears in Hollywood, known for his ability to perform complex actions without the need for extensive editing or mechanical effects. His work helped set a standard for animal performance in film.
