Biography
Betty Kean was an actress known for her work in the 1950s as part of the comedy duo the Kean Sisters, alongside her sister Jane Kean. The pair performed in various comedic roles during the era. Betty married four times, with her husbands including notable actors Jim Backus and Lew Parker, whom she married last. She passed away in 1986 in Hollywood due to cancer.
