Biography

Brian Thomas Grazer (born July 12, 1951) is an American film and television producer who co-founded Imagine Entertainment with Ron Howard in 1986. The company's films have grossed over $15 billion. Grazer received four Academy Award nominations for his work on Splash (1984), Apollo 13 (1995), A Beautiful Mind (2001), and Frost/Nixon (2008). His projects have collectively earned 47 Academy Award nominations and 217 Emmy Award nominations.

Grazer won an Oscar for Best Picture in 2002 for A Beautiful Mind, which he shared with Ron Howard. In 2007, he was recognized as one of Time's "100 Most Influential People in the World."
