Brian Vernel is a Scottish actor known for his roles in film and television. He is best recognized for playing Bala-Tik in *Star Wars: The Force Awakens* (2015). Vernel also appeared as Odda the Younger in the historical drama series *The Last Kingdom* (2015) and portrayed Billy Wallace in the British crime series *Gangs of London* (2020–).
