Biography

Brittany Anne Snow (born March 9, 1986) is an American actress and director. She gained recognition for her role in the CBS soap opera *Guiding Light* (1998–2001), for which she won a Young Artist Award for Best Young Actress and received two additional Young Artist Award nominations and a Soap Opera Digest Award nomination. She later starred in the NBC drama series *American Dreams* (2002–2005), earning a Young Artist Award nomination and three Teen Choice Award nominations.

Snow has appeared in a number of films, including *The Pacifier* (2005), *John Tucker Must Die* (2006), *Hairspray* (2007), *Prom Night* (2008), *Would You Rather* (2012), the *Pitch Perfect* film series (2012–2017), *Bushwick* (2017), *Hangman* (2017), *Someone Great* (2019), and *X* (2022). She also had roles in the NBC legal comedy-drama *Harry's Law* (2011) and the Fox drama series *Almost Family* (2019–2020).

Snow is the co-founder of the Love Is Louder movement, a project of the non-profit Jed Foundation aimed at preventing bullying in schools. In 2020, she launched a mental health initiative called "September Letters."
