Biography
Bruce Lacey was a British artist, performer, and eccentric known for his work in the avant-garde scene. After serving in the Navy, he gained recognition for his performance art and mechanical constructs. Lacey was closely associated with the performance group The Alberts and the radio comedy show The Goon Show. He contributed to Richard Lester's film *The Running Jumping & Standing Still Film* by creating props and appearing in an acting role.
