Biography
Carsten Nørgaard is a Danish actor born in Frederiksberg, Denmark. He made his acting debut with a notable role as the enigmatic Dolphin Man in the 1988 film *The Fruit Machine*. Nørgaard later appeared in the Disney film *D2: The Mighty Ducks* in 1994. In more recent years, he has been seen in television series such as *The Man in the High Castle*, *American Traitor: The Trial of Axis Sally*, and *Cobra Kai*.
