Biography
Casey Childs is an American theater director who founded Primary Stages, a non-profit off-Broadway theater company in New York City. Established in 1984, Primary Stages has gained recognition for its productions of new plays, many of which have been directed by Childs. Through this company, Childs has played a significant role in the development and presentation of contemporary theater.
