Biography
Lakshmanan Ramasamy, known professionally as Chitra Lakshmanan, is an Indian journalist, filmmaker, and actor. During the 1980s and 1990s, he produced and directed several Tamil language films featuring prominent stars of Tamil cinema. In addition to his work behind the camera, he has appeared in numerous films and television series in supporting roles. More recently, he has operated the YouTube channel Touring Talkies, which features interviews and discussions related to Tamil cinema.
