Biography

Christiane Amanpour is a British-Iranian journalist and television host who serves as the Chief International Anchor for CNN. She hosts CNN International's nightly interview show *Amanpour*, as well as *The Amanpour Hour* on Saturdays and *Amanpour & Company* on PBS. She also co-hosts *Christiane Amanpour Presents The Ex-Files* with her ex-husband, James Rubin, on Global. Amanpour is known for her in-depth reporting and interviews with global leaders and newsmakers.
