Biography
Christina Tosi is an American chef and cookbook author known for her work in the culinary world. She is the founder and co-owner of Milk Bar, a popular bakery and dessert shop, and serves as its chef and chief executive officer. Tosi also created Milk Bar Pie and Cereal Milk, both of which have contributed to her growing influence in the food industry. In recognition of her contributions, Food & Wine magazine named her one of the "Most Innovative Women in Food and Drink" in 2014.
