Biography

Christopher Paul Gardner, Sr. is an American businessman and motivational speaker who achieved success in the stockbroking industry after starting from modest beginnings. In the mid-1980s, he became a stockbroker and established his own brokerage firm, Gardner Rich & Co, in 1987. His life story, recounted in a memoir published in 2006, details his challenges and eventual accomplishments. The book was later adapted into the motion picture *The Pursuit of Happyness*, which introduced his journey to a broader audience.
