Biography

Christopher Ryan, born Christopher Papazoglou, is a British actor known for his roles in British sitcoms. He played Mike the Cool Person in *The Young Ones*, Dave Hedgehog in *Bottom*, Marshall Turtle, Edina Monsoon's ex-husband, in *Absolutely Fabulous*, and Tony Driscoll in *Only Fools and Horses* and its spin-off *The Green Green Grass*. Ryan also appeared in *Doctor Who*, portraying the alien Kiv in *The Trial of a Time Lord* (1986) and the Sontaran General Staal.
