Colleen Mae Ballinger (born November 21, 1986) is an American comedian, YouTuber, actress, singer, and writer. She is best known for creating and portraying the Internet character Miranda Sings, for which she posted videos on YouTube, performed a one-woman comedy act on international tours, and created and starred in the Netflix original series *Haters Back Off* (2016–2017).
