Biography
Courtney JáPaul Glaudé is a writer, director, and producer who grew up in Houston’s 5th Ward. As a child, he experienced abuse and bullying, which led him to escape into his imagination, creating an alternative world and discovering his passion for filmmaking. Known for his creativity and ability to execute vision, Glaudé uses his talents to tell vivid stories on screen. His work often features well-developed characters, unpredictable storylines, and striking visuals. He has written and produced two short films, *Row* and *Pit Stop*, both of which are part of the film festival circuit. *Row* won Best Drama at the 2017 Los Angeles Short Film Festival (LASFF). Glaudé’s work reflects the diversity of Houston, appealing to audiences of all ages and backgrounds. He completed the feature film *Blinked*, which had a private premiere on July 29, 2017, and is currently working on a crime series titled *Rock-A-Bye*.
