Biography

Daniel Vilhelm Carlson is an American professional football placekicker who played college football for the Auburn Tigers, where he became the all-time leading scorer in the Southeastern Conference (SEC). He was selected by the Minnesota Vikings in the fifth round of the 2018 NFL draft but was released during his rookie season. Carlson then joined the Oakland Raiders and has co-led the league in scoring in both 2020 and 2021. He is currently ranked as the tenth-most accurate kicker in NFL history.
