Biography

Daniel Mays is an English actor known for his work in both television and film. He has appeared in a variety of TV series, including *EastEnders* (2000), *Rehab* (2005), *Red Riding* (2008), *Ashes to Ashes* (2010), *Outcasts* (2011), *Mrs Biggs*, *Line of Duty*, and *Des and White Lines* (2020). His film credits include roles in *Pearl Harbor* (2001), *All or Nothing* (2002), *Vera Drake* (2004), *Shifty*, *Made in Dagenham*, *Byzantium* (2012), and *Rogue One: A Star Wars Story* (2016). Mays is also set to appear in *The Thursday Murder Club* (2025).
