Biography
David Bunce is a British independent music producer and musician, born in London, England. He was a member of the Epic Records-signed group Upp, which included Jeff Beck, Andy Clark, and Jim Copley. The group released two albums, *Upp* (1975) and *This Way Upp* (1976), both produced by and featuring Jeff Beck. Later, under the name Zak Starstosky, Bunce became a member of the UK-based blues/rock band Driving Sideways, contributing to their 1997 album *In the Beginning* and their 1999 live recording *Live at The Casino Ballroom*. As of 2007, he was teaching guitar and producing music for films, television, and advertising. By 2018, he was performing as an acoustic solo artist.
