David Olivier Whittier is an Anglo-French activist, writer, and philosopher known for his work in the field of antispeciesism. He is a founder of the French journal *Cahiers antispécistes* and has contributed to the organization of annual events such as Veggie Pride and Les Estivales de la question animale. Whittier has written extensively on ethical topics including utilitarianism, sentience-based ethics, and antinaturalism.
