David Olivier

David Olivier Whittier is an Anglo-French activist, writer, and philosopher known for his work in the field of antispeciesism. He is a founder of the French journal Cahiers antispécistes and has contributed to the organization of annual events such as Veggie Pride and Les Estivales de la question animale. Whittier has written extensively on ethical topics including utilitarianism, sentience-based ethics, and antinaturalism. He is also credited with coining the term "veggiephobia," which refers to an irrational fear or aversion to vegetarianism.
