Biography
Debbie Frazier, who performs under the spiritual name Divya Drsti, has been involved in Vedic stage productions over the past seven years. These include The Ramayana as Mantara, India's oldest epic, where she portrayed Janmastami as the Goddess Durga in 2004 and also took on the role of Mother Yasoda, while overseeing special effects and lighting. In 2003, she appeared in Genie in the Bottle as a merchant with an ancient bottle containing a genie, and in 2004 she performed in The Butcher's Nightmare as mother Sally. Debbie has also produced service films for the state department and the judicial system. She is currently writing a play and collaborating on an album with a respected friend in Australia. Debbie has a seven-year-old son, Julio, who is interested in stage and screen work. Her other children are Rachel, 22, Rebecca, 20, David, 18, Johnathon, 17, and Judith, 16 (as of 2004). She is the proud "gamma" of Joseph, 3, Victoria, 3, and Vanessa, 2 months, with another child due in December 2004.
