Delta Burke McRaney is an American actress, producer, and author best known for her role as Suzanne Sugarbaker on the CBS sitcom *Designing Women*, which aired from 1986 to 1991. In this role, she earned two Emmy Award nominations for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series. Beyond her television work, Burke has also pursued careers in production and writing, contributing to various entertainment projects.
