Biography

Doris Helen Kearns Goodwin is an American biographer, historian, and political commentator known for her works on U.S. presidents. She has authored several biographies and won the Pulitzer Prize for History in 1995 for *No Ordinary Time: Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt: The Home Front in World War II*. Goodwin has also contributed to television, producing the miniseries *Washington* and serving as executive producer for *Abraham Lincoln*, a 2022 docudrama based on her book *Leadership in Turbulent Times*. Her work spans both written and visual media, focusing on American history and leadership.
