Biography

Duwayne Robert Dunham is an American film and television director and editor, as well as an adjunct professor at the USC School of Cinematic Arts. He is best known for his work with George Lucas and David Lynch, having served as editor for *Return of the Jedi* and *Blue Velvet*. Dunham made his directorial debut with the second episode of Lynch's *Twin Peaks* series and later directed the films *Homeward Bound: The Incredible Journey* and *Little Giants*. He also directed several Disney Channel television films, including *Halloweentown*, *The Thirteenth Year*, *Ready to Run*, *Right on Track*, and *Tiger Cruise*. In 2018, he returned to work with Lynch as editor for all 18 episodes of the *Twin Peaks: The Return* revival series.
