Elinor Hancock, also spelled Eleanor Hancock, was an American silent film actress who was active in Hollywood from 1917 to 1923. Primarily known for her supporting character roles, she appeared in a variety of films during the early years of the film industry. Hancock worked with several studios, though she was most active with Paramount Pictures from 1917 to 1920 and later with Universal Studios from 1920 to 1923. Her career, though brief, reflected the dynamic nature of early Hollywood cinema.
