Eric Geier

Eric Geier is an associate in Glaser Weil's Government & Regulatory Department. His work focuses on CEQA compliance and land use entitlement, helping clients ensure their projects align with local regulations and state law. With nearly a decade of experience in various roles at Metro, Geier has developed expertise in transportation issues and municipal government. He collaborates with local elected officials and city staff in West Los Angeles and maintains a strong understanding of the Political Reform Act. Geier has been a featured speaker at Bisnow events, where he discussed the relationship between Metro's expansion and opportunities for transit-oriented development. Before joining Metro, he worked on statewide political campaigns in Kentucky and Florida, as well as on the presidential campaigns of Barack Obama and John Kerry. Geier is an alumnus of the New Leaders Project fellowship, which helped shape his understanding of local government in Los Angeles County.
