Biography

Mark Alexander Knox, known professionally as Flex Alexander, is an American actor, comedian, and dancer. He made his television debut as Reggie Coltrane in the critically acclaimed ABC sitcom *Where I Live* in 1993. Flex gained wider recognition for his role as single father Flex Washington in the UPN sitcom *One on One*, which aired from 2001 to 2006. His performance earned him three NAACP Image Award nominations.
